Applications of Technology

Introduction to Basic Astronomy Awareness
Students will absorb astronomical knowledge through both theory and practice. The theoretical part will be conducted in interactive classrooms with engaging activities such as quiz competitions. The practical part will be conducted in workshop format, with instructors demonstrating and personally guiding students in the creation of relevant equipment.

Introduction to 3D Drawing and Printing Course
This course will introduce students to the fundamentals of 3D printing and 3D design using Fusion 360. Students will learn how to design, modify, and print 3D models, and independently create their own 3D-printed products. By the end of the course, students will have a solid understanding of the principles of 3D printing and will be able to create their own 3D models for printing.

CoSpaces Basic
本課程的目的為令學生透過CoSpaces 平台對 VR 和 AR 場景的製作建立初步的認The purpose of this course is to provide students with a basic understanding and concept of creating VR and AR scenes through the CoSpaces platform. Additionally, they will learn fundamental programming concepts through block-based language, reducing the difficulty of programming while increasing students' interest in coding. Students will be able to create simple scenes and mini-games using CoSpaces.

Dobot Robotic Arm Introductory Course
The Dobot Robotic Arm course and Intelligent Factory course aim to cultivate students' innovative thinking and practical skills. Students will learn the basic functions and applications of the Dobot robotic arm, engage in practical activities such as drawing, 3D printing, and graphical programming, and simulate the operation process of an intelligent factory.

Dobot Lite AI
This course is an advanced course following the Dobot Robotic Arm introductory course. Compared to Dobot Robotic Arm, here will focus on programming and application of Dobot's artificial intelligence recognition system. The content includes setting up a data model training environment, artificial intelligence programming, and application of intelligent recognition systems.

Remote-Controlled Car Design Workshop
The Remote-Controlled Car Design Workshop is a course that combines theory and practice, aiming to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in designing remote-controlled cars for racing. The course will utilize teaching methods such as theoretical lectures, case studies, hands-on activities, and testing verification to allow participants to gain a deep understanding of the design principles and techniques of remote-controlled cars for racing. Participants will be able to apply these skills in actual racing scenarios.
Logic and Programming

MIT App Inventor 手機程式設計與基本編程
This course will integrate theory and practice to help students deepen their understanding of MIT App Inventor. It enables any student to create their own application software and learn smartphone application development.

Python Programming Tutorial from Scratch
The purpose of this course is to teach students Python, currently the most widely used programming language worldwide. Python is versatile and can be applied to various future technology trends such as data science, artificial intelligence (AI), software development, and more. Its multifunctionality will enable students to excel in their future careers, helping them stay abreast of technological advancements, unlock their potential, and clarify their personal development direction.

Introduction to Data Science: Excel and VBA Database Tutorial*
Teaching real-time, interactive workplace-relevant Excel functions along with advanced data processing and visualization techniques. Additionally, students will learn Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automating relevant processes and AI debugging.

Scratch Animation and Game Programming
The purpose of this course is to enable students to learn the basic concepts of programming through the Blockly language, reducing the difficulty of programming while increasing students' interest in programming, and enabling them to create simple animations and games using Scratch.

Animation Production with Scratch JR
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to basic programming concepts through block-based language. Students will be encouraged to unleash their creativity and cultivate their interest in electronic art and programming by creating simple and fun animations.
Micro:bit Course

Micro:bit from Scratch
The "Micro:bit from Scratch" course aims to provide students with sufficient knowledge and skills to design their own Micro:bit projects, laying the foundation for their future learning and development.

Micro:bit Smart City Workshop
Students will be able to identify potential problems they may encounter in their daily lives through observation. They will use Micro:bit to design and build a basic product platform, unleashing their imagination and creativity to create smart devices that improve daily life.

Micro:bit Drone Design Course
Students will experience the teamwork and problem-solving skills required in the process of designing drones through practical exercises. In this course, students will be grouped to design and manufacture drones, collaborating to solve various technical and design problems.

Micro:bit Hovercraft Design Workshop
The "From Zero to Hovercraft" course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the basic concepts and principles of hovercraft. It aims to cultivate participants' skills and knowledge in hovercraft design. Through case studies, the course aims to inspire participants' creativity and design inspiration, laying the foundation for their future learning and development.

Micro:bit Smart Robot Course
We offer a special Micro:bit Smart Robot course for both teachers and students, providing a gamified learning experience. From assembling intelligent robot toys, testing operations, to engaging in various games and programming tasks, participants can learn the principles of mechanical operation and master practical operations of the Micro:bit control board and online programming.
Aviation Course

From Zero to Pilot
The "From Zero to Pilot" course offers students a comprehensive understanding of the aviation industry, including its history, development, technology, and future trends. This course covers aerodynamics, fundamental principles of flight, air traffic control, aircraft systems, human factors, and safety measures.

Basic Aviation Course
When you start learning aviation, the Basic Aviation Course will be your first step. This course will introduce you to the history and development of the aviation industry, aircraft classification, basic concepts of aviation accidents and safety, and fundamental theories of aerodynamics, such as airflow, lift and drag, wing design, and performance.

Aviation Meteorology
Aviation Meteorology is the science that studies the movement of aircraft in the atmospheric environment, involving weather, wind, clouds, precipitation, atmospheric stability, visibility, and other meteorological elements. The purpose of the Aviation Meteorology course is to help students understand the impact of the atmospheric environment on aircraft and to cultivate their ability to analyze, judge, and predict aircraft operating conditions using meteorological knowledge.

Remote-Controlled Drone Design Workshop
The Pilot Ground Course is a prerequisite for aviation students before they begin flight training. It mainly covers knowledge of aviation theory, flight maneuvers, aircraft systems, aviation regulations, meteorology, navigation, communication, and other aspects.

Aerial Photography Workshop
The purpose of the Aerial Photography Workshop is to introduce participants to the basic principles and techniques of aerial photography, helping them master camera settings and composition techniques for aerial photography. Additionally, the workshop aims to teach advanced aerial photography skills, basic post-processing knowledge, and provide examples and case studies of aerial photography in different contexts. Safety precautions, including regulations, weather, and emergency procedures, will also be discussed. Through practical sessions, participants will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and improve their aerial photography skills.
